If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@onovapets.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund — no questions asked.
Simply email us at support@onovapets.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will reply within 24 hours with full return instructions. Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving and confirming the return. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the amount to your account.
We are sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the item and email it to support@onovapets.com along with your order number. We will send you a free replacement or full refund immediately — and we will cover all return shipping costs.
